Learn the techniques for the production of white wines, varietals, growing conditions, food pairings and label reading while tasting and comparing six white wines from various countries. This course will be educational and fun with a heavy appetizer
buffet prepared by the University of Tennessee Culinary Institute at the end of the class. Enjoy this night out of learning about wine and having a great time with other wine enthusiasts. Enrollment limited to 40 individuals.
