Meet our Professional Chefs

These professional chefs comprise mostly of American Culinary Federation certified chefs, all of whom still work in the food service industry. This current experience, combined with the incredible industry experience they have amassed over the years, provides the student with a rich source of skills assistance, career guidance and all the tools needed to be successful in the food service business.

 

Chef John Bathe

Chef Bathe is the executive chef at Copper Cellar Cappuccino's. He provides students with a wealth of knowledge in the preparation of soups and sauces; as well as knife skills.
