1 c. Cream
1 liquid oz. Butter
1 oz. White Wine
1/2 t. Garlic
1/8 t. Nutmeg
2 T Fresh Parmesan
White pepper to taste!
Put everything except the Nutmeg and Parmesan together in a pan and cook until thickens to the consistency you like. Turn off the heat and add the Nutmeg and Parmesan. Stir everything together.
